Hypnotherapy is guided relaxation that elicits a hyper state of focus and concentration. The experience is similar to being immersed in a good book, a favorite movie or meditation. During hypnosis, the mind enters the theta brainwave state — the sweet spot between being wide awake/alert and being asleep. In this deeply relaxed state, you gain access to the subconscious mind where emotions, beliefs, habits and memories are stored. As a result, the critical mind is bypassed and transformation can more easily and effortlessly take place.
Hypnotherapy is NOT a form of sleep, mind control, amnesia or blackout state. You are in control the entire time.

While every journey is unique, most clients benefit from 3-4 sessions to start uncovering the root of their challenges, with many returning for tune-ups or to work on new goals.
All cancellations/rescheduling must take place at least 24 hours before the session.
Find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed. Wear headphones with a mic (noise-cancelling, if possible). Your time is valuable! Treat your session with care.
